Wednesday is my DVR's favorite day of the week (besides Saturday). Wednesday is my slowest TV night of the week. There are no sacrifices to be made. It's just three hours of interrupted TV watching and live tweeting. I can go to bed blissfully happy knowing that I can work on musical playlists and articles for this come Thursday morning instead of ferociously trying to get caught up on a show for water cooler talk. At 8 PM, I'm watching Arrow. When 9 PM comes I flip to FOX to catch Empire after that I close out my night by changing the channel to BET and watch The Game. Another show that I use to love but has been relegated to 'The Queue' is Melissa & Joey. If you like comedies then you might want to check that out.

Oliver is thrown by the changes within Team Arrow. He's used to calling the shots but sees that the team has evolved in his absence and tensions quickly escalate in the lair. Oliver is furious that Laurel has been going out as the Black Canary and tells her to stop risking her life, but when Vertigo hits the streets again, Laurel goes against Oliver's wishes and tracks down Vertigo who hits her with a full dose of the drug. Laurel's biggest fears revolve around her sister Sara so the Vertigo causes her to hallucinate an epic fight between Canary and Black Canary. Meanwhile, Chase surprises Thea, and Roy warns Thea to stay away from Malcolm.

Mel and Joe write their thank you cards to everyone who sent them a wedding gift. Mel goes overboard thanking her Aunt Bunny and Uncle Bert (guest stars Valerie Harper and Peter Bonerz) for a huge cappuccino machine she and Joe actually hate. She has Joe return the machine to the store, but then gets notice that Bunny and Bert are on their way to visit the newlyweds.

Meanwhile, Marco (guest star Kevin Fonteyne) gets an offer he can't refuse.
